In case you didn’t get the memo its winter (here in NZ), and its freezing and if you are anything like me then your time off is spent by the fire, eating big bowls of comfort food and perhaps not shaving my legs for a day or three. Winter is glorious.
However it all changes one particular day, like Smegal coming out of his cave you venture outside for some air and to your horror you see people running. The sun is out and flowers are blooming. Crap winter is over and the last bit of exercise that you did was run to get your phone charger. To make matters worse you check your phone and there it is. The first text inviting you to a pool party.
They (Pintrest) say that summer bodies are made in the winter and as much as that makes me roll my eyes its totally true.
