I am not going to lie I feel a like I am a little bit of a hypocrite for writing this post as I haven’t been to the gym for a whole month! However before I got the flu and opened my new studio (both which kept me away from the gym) I was loving the gym. For the first time in my life I was really enjoying exercising and the boost of energy it gave me. I am just getting back into it this week and as I was packing my gym bag I thought I would share some products that are my total gym bag must haves. Some of these products I was lucky enough to be given but I only rave about products that I really love and these three in particular I am obsessed with at the moment.

First on the list is the Trilogy Cream Cleanser.  I find that the harsh air con in the gym mixed my sweat and overall dirt from the day leaves my skin needing some serious cleansing after my workout. The Trilogy Cream cleanser is one of the best cleansers I have ever used. It combines evening primrose, jojoba and pure certified organic rosehip oils to give a really soft cleanse.  Almond and carrot oils leave my skin so soft.

Next is Weleda’s NEW Arnica Sports Shower Gel. I am not going to pretend I am an athlete or even a fit person. After most of my gym classes I am left on the floor in pile of sweat and instant pain. The new Arnica Sports gel helps ease weary limbs. Its gentle, skin-nourishing cleansing formulation is overflowing with the hero ingredient, organic arnica.  This is combined with refreshing rosemary and lavender which assists to energize every shower experience. I found this was a great pick me up after a workout and it really does help my sore muscles!

Last but not least is the Sukin Natural Deodorant. I really don’t think I need to explain why deodorant is a gym bag must have but this deodorant is Aluminum and paraben free!
