I had the privilege of doing Danica’s makeup for her wedding a few years back and her wedding will always be one that stands out to me. Danica designed her dress and oh boy what a dress it was! It fit her perfectly and looked incredible. For her makeup I wanted to emphasize how lovely her skin is naturally. Using Bobbi Brown Luminous foundation we got a coverage which was enough for the day but didn’t leave her looking “cakey” and it gave her a stunning glow. For Danica’s eyes I did what I call the bridal smoky look. Its all about defining the eyes by having everything well blended with no harsh lines. This kept her look soft and romantic. A pop of blush and a soft lippy finished her look perfectly. I was so happy to hear that Danica won Bride of the Year by Bride and Groom magazine. She won a second honeymoon, boxes of champagne and more!
