If you have been following my blog you would know that I was one lucky lady and invited to Haven for three facials. If you want to check out my second post check it out here. In that post I talk about the first two facials. Firstly I had A-Zyme Peel, next the A-Zyme Peel aaaaand the Vitamin Infusion. So when I walked into my last facial I couldn’t imagine what could improve my skin from what had already been done!
So when I was told for the third treatment I would be getting Microdermabrasion, A-Zyme Peel, Vitamin Infusion my jaw hit the floor.
My only request is that I wouldn’t look too young that my husband wouldn’t recognise me (laughing on the outside but fingers crossed on the inside).
The idea of microdermabrasion has alway seemed intimidating to me and often hear my clients say that they feel the same. However a light microdermabrasion is often done before another rejuvenation treatment, such as a peel, to enable optimal product penetration and maximum benefit.
“Microdermabrasion is a manual exfoliation that removes dead skin cells, debris and impurities. It combines suction and a wand with a diamond head to remove dead skin cells, debris and impurities from the skin’s epidermis. Microdermabrasion treatments produce instant results and stimulates collagen production and a more rapid cell turnover.”
A very good and important tip is people should make sure that when they are choosing a clinic that has a diamond tip micro machine not a crystal tip. Crystals are inferior and are not as refined or delicate on the skin.
After my last treatment I really left feeling amazing. My skin was glowing and kept on glowing. I was surprised at how just taking an hour out for myself three times made me feel so balanced and relaxed. As woman we rush around for others and forget about looking after ourselves starting with our skin. Thank you Haven for making my skin look great but even better for making me feel incredible.♥
