Last week I was lucky enough to be invited along to the Simple Feel Good Retreat thanks to Simple Skincare. I have always been a fan of the brand Simple. All Simple products have no dyes, artificial perfumes or harsh irritants that can upset skin and contain skin-loving ingredients and added vitamins for natural, healthy-looking skin. What I loved about the event was
It was all about being kind to yourself which is something us woman don’t do nearly enough.
As the beauty media arrived we were greeted with fresh green smoothies, then treated to a 20 min yoga class by the baben Yogi herself Kate Kendall. After that we had some lunch (ummmm look at that spread of yummy healthy food) followed by a really informative talk on nutrition by one of Australia’s leading nutritionists Susie Burrell and it was finished perfectly with a skin demonstration by celebrity makeup artist Craig Beaglehole. Each expert shared tips on how we can be more kind to ourselves which I have shared below.
A great and easy way we can be more kind to our skin is to clean is properly at the end of the day. We take our skin for granted and at the end of a long day of wearing makeup, being in the elements with pollution and sweating it up at the gym the best thing we can do to our skin is to gently remove all the days yuck and Simple have three amazing products to make it easy.
